Date of hearing in Aishwarya-Hrithik kiss-case deferred. Yesterday, a court in indore extended the date to January 4 for recording the statement of the complainant, advocate Shailendra Dwivedi, who reportedly filed a case against Aishwarya and Hrithik for doing an obscene sequence in just released ‘Dhoom 2′.


Dwivedi reportedly alleged the actors of offending the indian value and women under section 509 (derogatory to women) of the iPC. According to him the kiss scene has promoted vulgarity in the society, especially among the youths.
