Lets play a game which is very common on many such sites.

A scenario will be presented, the explanation of which needs to be provided. people attempting to solve the scenario can ask any any clarification from the question-poser but in a form where the question-poser replies either in a 'yes', 'no' or a 'maybe'. no detailed explanation will be provided by the question poser.

let us start. the rules should make sense as we progress. the person who solves the scenario gets to ask the next question.
