Amrita Arora’s former boyfriend Upen Patel denied he’s signed film opposite Amrita. The model-turned-actor is presently in London for shooting of ‘Namaste London’; on hearing the news, he appeared apparently clueless.
“This is news to me. I’ve not signed any film opposite Amrita. Where from all those rumours come?” he wondered. Of late there was a buzz doing rounds in the industry that Upen Patel has been signed up for Kalpana Lajmi’s next and it will have Amrita Arora playing the heroine.
Upen, however admitted that he spoke to Kalpana recently regarding the film. “But we just discussed briefly about working together. Its two months since I have been shooting non stop in South Africa and London .
And since then I have not met her or heard the story and not signed on the dotted line,” he asserted.
As for working with ex-flame Amrita Arora is concerned, Upen however has no qualms. “I have no qualms working with her. Being a professional, I’ll work with whichever actor, the director wants me to,” Upen confirmed.
