Bruce Willis and Halle Berry come together in the forthcoming psychological thriller Perfect Stranger
Originally written by Jon Bokenkamp, with subsequent rewrites by Frank Rinzulli and Todd Komarnicki, "Perfect Stranger" will be brought to the screen by James Foley, director of "Fear," "Who's That Girl?," "Glengarry Glen Ross," among others.
Set in the world of the internet, Berry plays a woman who goes undercover, both on and offline, to investigate a friend's murder. Her research leads her into several dark corners of the Internet, with Willis playing one of her online contacts and her top suspect.
Production of project is scheduled to begin early next year, Revolution Studios announced Monday.
Revolution partner and producer Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas commented on Willis' attachment to the project saying, "This is a movie about secrets, lies and Internet chatter where suspects and villains often change roles, and an actor of Bruce's caliber will certainly add layers of complexity,''
The press release states that Willis recently seen on the big screen in Sin City, is "currently in pre-production on Die Hard 4.0."
