We all know sledging is part and parcel of cricket. It has always been there and it will always be there.

At times it amuses me when I hear from some naive guys that 'My team' doesn't sledge and only Australians do so.

Here is a link where Mohammad Kaif is sledging Yousuf Youhana. Pakistan is struggling at 178 for 4 and Indians realise one more wicket and they will be on top.

Kaif, in his U.P. Bhaiyya accent is heard saying,"87 (Sattaasi ball khel gaya, ek bhi chokka naheen maara. Iski jaroorat hi naheen, (close in fielder's)..khelna aata hi naheen. Iske baad sirf Razzaq reh gaya hai.."


Youhana very used to all these mind games, goes ahead and with a smile on his face taps the pitch a bit. Kaif again says,"Dekho kahaan jaa raha hai, roshni laga raha hai...87 ball khel li, ek bhi chokka naheen maara."

Translation would be: Kaif says in his inimitable accent,"Already Youhana has played 87 balls and hasn't hit even a single boundary. No need of close in fielder, he doesn't know how to play. After him only Razzaq is left."

As Youhana walks a few steps and taps the pitch with his bat, Kaif takes another jibe,"Look, where he is going in search of light. 87 balls he has played and can't hit a single boundary."

Watch the smile on Youhana's face and stoic expressions on faces of Rahul Dravid and Dinesh Karthick, as if they have not hearing anything.

This is hilarious stuff.

Ganguly accusing Youhana. In the India Pakistan series in India you all know India was well behind over rate. In this situation Youhana got injured and Ganguly became nervous that it will slow doen things even more. So he asks Youhana to play the game. When Youhana tells him his injury is real, Gangu says," Main ye naheen bol raha ki tere ko chot naheen lagi hai. Main bas umpire ko ye bol raha hoon ki time note karo. baad mein problem mere ko hogi.":
