Actress Kangana Ranaut seems to have had enough of sobbing in films and wants to let her down now.
She’s set to surprise her fans with her new avatar in Suneel Dharshan’s ‘Shakalaka Boom Boom’. Kangana will for the first time play a lighter role.
The story is based on the music industry and she essays the role of aItem girl Rakhi Sawant would be seen as a singer, in her new album SUPER GIR, under the banner of Venus. For the promotional video of her debut album, she has not just sung but also performed to the choreography and direction of Pappu Maalu.
According to Champak Jain, Director - Venus Records & Tapes Pvt Ltd, “This will be the first live cum animation music video and will easily be one of the most expensive music videos shot till date.
It is a 4 minute song featuring Rakhi in the avatar of ‘Super Girl’ catalyzed by DJ Sheizwood’s music.” As for Rakhi, Singing a song was her dream, which is now completed. Mostly singers record a song in an hour but Rakhi took almost 7 days to record a song. She had to do lot of hard work to record a song.
Theme of the song is Rakhi’s childhood dream, as she always wants to be a Super Girl. And the main punch of the album is that Abhishek, Rakhi’s boyfriend is playing negative character against her.
She is also known for her social works. She says, “I donated blood during the Bombay blasts, adopted patients and looked after them, ordered food for hundreds of hungry people during the floods.”
