NEED HELP

I need a bit help. Well Ankit u have posted some amazing stuff. And as u usually upload ur stuff on rapidshare. I went to download something and it said ur ip address is already downloading a file u have to wait till it finishes its download. But I am not downloading anything. all of my cookies are deleted so nothing to do from there. Plz help me as soon as possible on this

1. dELETE yOUR bROWSER CACHE
2. Close it.
3. disconnect your net connection.
4. open your web-browser
5. start downloading again

in adverse cases u might have to restart the Pc but thats highly un-probable.

Actually when you start downloading something frm Megaupload, Rapidshare etc they log your IP address. And they assign u free credit of a fixed amount of downloadable limit - lets say 50 -60 Mb for Rapidshare. once you meet that they dont allow you to download more stuff. Also you can download one file at a time (If you opened a link and countdown timer begins the files is considered transferred to you). Dial up users can easily bypass these restriction by disconnecting and re-connecting their net connection. Those on HUBS/ROUTERS/DSL might have to reset their electronice Modem/Router to get another IP,. Those on Static Ip are the once hit hardest.
