Director Wong Kar Wai (this year's jury president of the Cannes Film Festival) is set to do his first english language film. It's going to be a romatic comedy (sigh) entitled "My Blueberry Nights.



The good folks over at Empire give us this:<blockquote>And he has a cast signed up already. Singer Norah Jones, who has appeared as herself in Two Weeks Notice, will star alongside slightly more experienced types such as Jude Law, Rachel Weisz and Natalie Portman.</blockquote>Ok, that is quite a cast (except take Nora "I'm a singer not an actress" Jones out for heavens sake!) It's nice to see Wai making an English film... but did it have to be a romantic comedy?!?!
